Dissemination & Communication Manager
RTD Talos Ltd, a Research, Technology and Development organization based in Nicosia, is looking for a Communications & Dissemination Manager to support the communication and visibility of the company and its portfolio of European research and innovation projects.
The role
The successful candidate will undertake a creative and multi-dimensional role that includes:
- Design and implementation of Communication & Dissemination activities for European projects.
- Creation of content for social media, websites, newsletters and campaigns.
- Design of graphic and visual material, such as posters, brochures, infographics, presentations and project identities.
- Support for communication and visibility of events, conferences, webinars and meetings.
- Collaboration with project teams and international partners.
- Monitoring communication KPIs, documenting actions and supporting reporting.
- Ensuring the correct implementation of EU communication, visibility and branding requirements.
- Supporting the corporate communication and promotion of RTD Talos.
Required qualifications & skills
- University degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Very good writing, editing and content creation skills.
- Creativity and good aesthetic perception / visual communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to transform complex scientific/technical information into simple and attractive content.
- Very good familiarity with digital tools and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress and Microsoft Office.
Experience in European funded research and innovation projects and knowledge of Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation requirements will be considered a significant advantage.
