Ioakeim Tovletian graduated from the University of Cyprus with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (BSc). Currently, he is pursuing his postgraduate studies in finance at a private university in Cyprus. He completed a two-month internship at Eurobank before joining the RTD TALOS team. He is particularly active in charitable and sports activities, being a member of the University of Cyprus sports teams in football and long-distance running.
He speaks English and some Italian.
He joined the RTD Talos team in September 2026 as a Project Management Consultant.
