Stylianos Kailas graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng Hons Chemical Engineering). During his professional career, he worked for five years at DEME in Cyprus as a Design Engineer, where he focused on greenhouse gas emissions analysis and the development of energy-efficiency strategies in the maritime sector. He subsequently joined Sustainability Knowledge Group as a Sustainability Consultant, contributing to the preparation of sustainability reports in line with international standards (GRI, CSRD), as well as the development of ESG strategies for organizations. He possesses strong skills in data analysis, technical report writing, and project management, and is fluent in both Greek and English. In July 2026, he joined the RTD Talos organization as a Project Management Consultant.
