Provision of specialized training services to very small sized enterprises employing 1-4 people in Limassol The purpose of the Project is to strengthen competitiveness of the Small Enterprises which, due to size and the fact that are mainly family businesses, often disadvantaged through the provision of training services. In order to achieve this purpose, is provided the following set of actions for the benefit of target- population (Small Enterprises).- Intentifying needsIntentify needs through relevant investigation and diagnosis of the weaknesses /problems of the SMEs from qualified counselor. As a result of this action, is conducted a diagnostic needs report.
- Group training programsOrganizing group training programs, of total duration of 20 hour by specialized trainers, based on issues of awareness rising/provision of basic knowledge and skills regarding productivity for capacity building of the managers responsible of businesses. The content of the programs consist of a set of predefined modules by Human Resources Authority Cyprus and implemented by qualified instructors.
- Preparation of business planPreparation of a medium-term plan, with the active guidance and assistance of specialized Counselors, for development and utilization of human resources and improving the business productivity. During this action, there is a close cooperation between the Counselor and the owner/director as well as other company’s officials. As a result of this action a business plan is conducted.
- Supporting actions regarding enlightenment and attract of interested parties to participate in the programsFor the purpose of information and enlightenment of all the stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Project, an awareness campaign will be carried out.
