"Nutritional analysis of Cyprus food and the digital connection of the consumers, health professionals, and food industry"

In the frames of the research project will be analyzed the main components and more frequent in consumption of recipes that is used from food, as well as traditional recipes of Cypriot alimentary heritage. A database will be constructed in order that the citizen and the people interested as well as the health professionals to be informed through a pioneering e-platform. Around 200 recipes will be analyzed.
