Business Development Department

The mission of the Business Development Department is the continuous improvement of the existing and integration of new services based on the market needs and perspectives as they are specified by the Department itself. It closely monitors the funding opportunities to support development projects and suggests solutions / projects on issues raised by clients or recommended to clients. It plays a coordinating role with other divisions of the company and they define together the strategic development of each department. The Business Development Department also aims to identify, analyze and exploit new business opportunities, new markets and new partnerships with other companies as well as the establishment and management of strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies.
