USE and DEFFUSE

This project will focus for the most part on RTD projects implemented under the Framework Programmes whereby SME’s play active roles as RTD performers and end users of results within key industrial sectors (ICT, Health).

Based on the previous experiences and in-depth review of best practices at European level, this USEandDIFFUSE project will concentrate on the development and implementation of strategies aiming at reinforced exploitation of RTD results and clustering of projects on common topics to improve interaction and joint dissemination and exploitation activities. This will greatly contribute to the consolidation of a true European Research Area, which builds upon research effort and avoids duplication.

The project started on February 2008 and it will be completed in 36 months.
